Remisie in Hashimoto

Majoritatea medicilor endocrinologi sustin ca poti avea remisie in Hashimoto insa remisie spontana, nu controlat, adoptand anumite masuri.

Cateva cazuri care s-au ameliorat sau chiar au intrat in REMISIE! ( dupa renuntarea la gluten sau dieta Paleo, si s-a luat seleniu si vitamina D) pe care le-am cules eu dupa ce am ‘strabatut’ internetul in lung si-n lat.

Si n-a mai trebuit sa ia Sinthroid(un fel de Eutirox) desi era pe doza de 175 mcg!

Insa am o colega careia i-au scazut anticorpii la 30 insa tot are pb cu tiroida si trebuie sa ia 25 mcg Eutirox, si tot se simte foarte rau.

Difera de la om la om. Eu cand eram pe doza de 25 sau 50 nici nu stiam ca am hipotiroidie, doar putina oboseala cand si cand. Insa de cand sunt pe 75 am problemele obisnuite: oboseala, memorie slaba, concentrare proasta, stare de lesin cand stau in picioare si nu pot face efort sustinut, ce implica alergatul, topaitul etc..

Tratamente Hashimoto

Am gasit pe internet ca o dieta fara gluten (adica fara: grau, secara orz si ovaz – ovazul in mod normal nu are gluten insa exista anumite specii contaminate).

Mie in 7 saptamani mi-au scazut anticorpii ATPO de la 1414 UI/ml la 558 UI/ml si anti-tiroglobulina de la 73.3 UI/ml la 22.5 UI/ml. Insa dupa inca 4 luni mi-au crescut usor ATPO la 698 UI/ml. Dar ideea e ca initial mi-au scazut destul de tare si acum anti-tiroglobulina mi-e in limite normale acum.

I.DIETA FARA GLUTEN:

Niste studii care demonstreaza o legatura intre boala celiaca si Hashimoto:

Si ambele au reusit asta prin dieta fara gluten, seleniu sivitamina D. Studiile(http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23337162) arata ca exista o legatura intre bolile autoimune si o cantitate scazuta de vitamina D care e fte necesara sistemului imunitar.

Asta am observat si eu mi s-a prescris eutirox si cam asta e desi ma doboara efectiv starea de oboseala si am capacitatea de concentrare fte redusa insa medicina alopata nu cunoaste alt raspuns pt aceasta stare de oboseala deci ma vad nevoita sa caut si alte surse de informare.

III. Vitamina D, bun imunomodulator

Trebuie facuta uan din analizele de vit D. Eu am facut 25-hidroxi-vitamina D. Mi-a iesit intr-adevar mica si acum iau chair 5000 UI pe zi sub forma emulsifiata(colecalciferol) pt ca se absoarbe mai usor. Si un studiu zicea ca cu mancare se absoarbe cel mai bine.

Insa neaparat trebuie facuta analiza aceasta macar la 2 lun ica sa nu se faca pietre la rinichi, pt ca exista riscul de insuficienta renala!

  1. Cresterea celulelor T reglatoare

Celulele T reglatoare coordoneaza (cred!) celulele T supresoare care inceteaza atacul sist imunitar si deci sunt f necesare.

Care spun ca extractul de ceai verde, curcumina(doar in combinatie cu peperina !) si anumite probiotice (l. casei, l. rhamnosus, l. reuteri, l. bulgaricus, l. salivarius, bifidobacterium lactis, s. thermophilus) doar anumite specii

au ajutat la cresterea nr de celule T supresoare si ca ajuta la echilibrarea sistemului imunitar.

Insa sunt si 2 probiotice care scad activitatea celulelor T supresoare sunt:

-lactobacillus acidophillus (care se gaseste in iaurt!)

-bifidobacterium bifidus

Eu am gasit, insa nu chiar speciile acelea:

2)LDN (Low Dose Naltrexone) – naltrexona in doza scazuta – medicament folosit in varianta concentrata pt tratarea dependentei de alcool sau droguri la 50 mg pt Hashimoto se foloseste varianta i ndoza scazuta adica 1 pana la 5 mg

LDN – blocheaza receptorii de dopamina si astfel organismul este ‘pacalit’ si creeaza mai multe endorfine (pt ca pe cele existente nu le mai vede) si in acest proces creste nr de celule T reglatoare
